There are especially large numbers of birds of prey.Village An international observer organization has been operating in Sakhalvasho since 2008. Bird festival has been held in Batumi since 2012.The exposition of the Adjara Museum presents various types of migratory or nesting stuffed birds. Among the predators, Bekobi eagle, Chia eagle, hawk, mimino, Shavardeni, Bolobchededa and others are noteworthy. Water and swamp birds are also shown here, such as: spotted swan, wild goose, big chvama, carp, heron, wild duck, etc. They are made from birds mined on the territory of southwestern Georgia.
